ALCOHOL SERVICE

We are pleased to offer in-house alcohol service for your event. In order to minimize liability, clients must utilize our bartender services. There is a fee of $75 to $150 for this service. Clients have the option to bring their own liquor for us to serve, or we can provide the alcohol and operate an open tab or cash bar. Security is required for all events with alcohol.

Terms and Conditions:

At the time of booking, the Client is required to submit a deposit. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and subtracted from the balance due. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled rental date. Failure to make this payment by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of the event. J & V reserves the right to cancel any rental due to non-payment. For exact amounts and fees please see your contract and invoice. The refundable incidental deposit fee will be returned to the Client within 3 business days after the event commence and the rented space has been confirmed to be in satisfactory condition. Please note that $75 of the fee is a non-refundable $50 fee for cleaning and sanitizing and $25 trash disposal service fee.
